Yes. Since our employees are not allowed to climb or jump over fences, please leave your gate unlocked on your scheduled service day. If you prefer not to leave your gate unlocked, you may supply us with a key to keep on hand for your scheduled day. Unfortunately, due to travel time and employee wages, you will be charged for missed service calls due to a locked gate if we have no other access to your yard.
